We need you!

1 to 2 hours, 1 day a week or 1 day every other week can make a difference in someone’s life.

  • Mentoring is defined by Webster as teaching or giving advice or guidance to someone, such as a less experienced person or child. Jesus mentored His disciples during His ministry on earth. In fact, He said anyone who serves Him must follow Him (John 12:26).

In the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18–20), Jesus told His followers to "make disciples of all nations." Making disciples involves much more than giving people a set of rules to follow, it includes living with them and helping them to grow in Jesus.

If you have the gift of discipleship and encouragement, if you have experience walking through the difficulties of life, consider joining our organization as a volunteer mentor. Mentors walk with their mentee for at least one hour a week over the course of a year, encouraging, supporting, and providing accountability.

Mentoring is a one-on-one relational experience in which one person empowers another person by investing their God-given wisdom and resources.

As seasoned Christian men and women we are instructed to mentor those who may need guidance or advice. We need Christian men and women mentors who are willing to donate some of their “time” to help a man or a woman in need.
